Polarisation Rotators
Quartz Rotation Plates
|
The plane of Polarisation of linearly polarized light is rotated by Quartz crystals due to the optical activity. These Polarisation Rotators have a very high temperature bandwidth and can be easily used in rotating the Polarisation of lasers.
